The service is shocking! I placed an order before 11 am and paid £13.95 for their elite+ Next day delivery service. I received a confirmation of order email only to discover my order will be passed to the in-house warehouse team who will package up my order "usually within 24-48 hours". This is undoubtedly miss-selling at its finest!. I have emailed customer services and no response, DM on Twitter and no response, the company is appalling at communication. 24 hours have passed and the order status is still in pending. If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been onto google to see if this was a one-off only to discover many other customers going through similar issues, I noticed there is a lot of copy and paste responses from pro direct to customers issues which tells me they simply don't care enough to deliver a good/great customer experience. I wish I had never found this site! its ruined my week!

I recently bought a pair of boots but came in wrong size(too small). I have wrote back to the customer service side to advise 2 weeks ago but have yet to receive a reply from them.
Anyway, I have sent it back last weekend to exchange for a bigger size. Hope will receive the exchange pair soon.
